1. I've purchased the software, how do I download?
   

   As a purchaser of tweet twiddler, you will have access to the full version to be securely downloaded for a limited period of time.

2. I have installed tweet twiddler on my computer, but it doesn't work.
   

   Tweet twiddler requires python 2.5 which you can download here: python-2.5.4.msi

3. Will I be able to use tweet twiddler with my macintosh computer?
   

   Since tweet twiddler is a windows application, you will not be able to run it on a macintosh computer.

4. Will I be able to schedule tweets when twitter is down?
   

   Since tweet twiddler is highly dependant on twitter, you will not be able to schedule tweets when twitter is down. Go here to find out if twitter is down: istwitterdown.com

5. Why am I unable to post the same tweet twice?
   

   Tweet twiddler is based on the twitter application interface, which doesn't allow you to post the same tweet twice in a row.
